Atlantic Highlands, NJ

We anchored behind a rock jetty in Atlantic Highlands, just around the corner of Sandy Hook, NJ.  Very boater friendly town.  Had cocktails with Steve and Jean Purdy aboard their boat. 

Took the little boat (Scot Free) up the Navesink River to see the Twin Lights, a castle-like lighthouse at the top of a very steep hill.  Stopped for gas and learned all about ethanol - had to be towed back to Atlantic Highlands.
