Cooking Conch

Not only did Ricky collect and open several coconuts, he also caught a conch.  Unfortunately, no one told him that they need to be pounded (grinded) to become tender.

Ricky broke the shell with a hammer, cut the conch open, cut the meat into strips and fried it in a pan. 

I think George took Ricky out to dinner shortly afterwards!
